Front Desk Administrator
Are you looking to work for a great, growing company that offers a fun atmosphere? OfficeTeam is currently working with a company in the Miami area who is in need of a friendly Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face to the organization. The Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. The Front Desk Administrator's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following duties:
* Field inbound correspondence via phone and email
* Check in visitors with sign in and security procedures
* Auditing paperwork
* Ordering office supplies and making sure kitchen stocked
* Assist with human resource department in overflow paperwork
